The voting period for the 2025 Trustee Election opens March 3, 2025.

Casting your ballot in the cooperative’s annual election takes just a few moments of your time and fulfills a unique and important function of being a cooperative member!
Voter information packets were mailed to all members in early-March, containing all details for voting.
This year, in addition to electing trustees, members will also be asked to approve proposed additions to the co-op’s Code of Regulations.
Prior to casting your ballot, members are encouraged to review the following candidate bio info, which is also contained within the voting website:

Members will vote on candidates in trustee districts 4, 5, and 6.

In March, each member will receive an official election packet in the mail. Each member is eligible to vote for all districts open for election. This year, members will be asked to vote for districts 4, 5, and 6.
Your packet will contain all info necessary for you to vote, including:
- The official election ballot
- Informational sheets containing trustee candidates for districts up for election
- instructions for accessing documents outlining proposed changes to the Code or Regulations
- A return mailing envelope
Simply decide whether to vote by mail or online and follow the steps outlined in your information packet.
Voting by mail
To vote by mail, select one candidate from each district up for election and return your ballot in the included postage-paid envelope. Mail ballots must be received on or before April 1 to be counted. Votes will be collected and calculated by a third-party election service. We won’t be able to accept any ballots at the cooperative’s offices.
Voting online
If you choose to vote online, you’ll need the unique PIN number and secure web address listed in your information packet. Your selections can then be made and submitted instantly from this site. The online voting period opens on March 3 at 12:01 a.m. and will close on March 31 at 11:59 p.m..
Each member will only be allowed to vote once. This includes members with multiple accounts.
The official election results will be announced at the 2025 virtual annual meeting on Tuesday, April 8.
