In addition to mailing in your payment, we offer the following ways to make payments:
In office. Our offices are open Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.. Drop boxes are available 24/7.
Phone. Call anytime to make a payment by phone using our secure, confidential automated pay-by-phone service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or e-checks.
Online. 24-hour availability and convenience at via our EnergyCenter online payment portal. From here, login using your account number and password (listed on top portion of the bill for first-time users).
App. Make a payment from anywhere with our free mobile app. Search “MidOhioEnergy” in the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android).
Checkout by PayGo. Make payments at participating locations like Walmart, Dollar General, CVS, & more! Bring your statement to a participating location, have them scan the barcode on the back, and you'll be able to pay. Please note a service fee of $1.50 applies.
PrePay. A pay-as-you-go program with no late fees or deposits! You control the payment dates & amounts, just maintain a credit. Receive daily notifications & alerts.

In addition to offereing a variety of ways to pay, our auto-pay and paperless billing options have helped members save time, money, and resources.
It may seem like a small expense, but each member that signs up helps us realize savings that add up over time as we avoid costs associated with printing, mailing, postage, and processing. When we save, our members save.
Enroll now, and you can earn a one-time, $5.00 energy credit when you sign up for either paperless billing (must be paperless statement only) or auto-pay / pay by draft. Earn a $10 energy credit by enrolling in both programs.
